East Harbour Ballroom/Mezzanine
The ideal venue for large Victoria meetings and banquets. This room will comfortably accommodate up to 270 guests at round tables with a dance floor. Our spacious Mezzanine can be used for a pre-function reception or booth displays. Meeting Planners will appreciate the private office located in the Mezzanine for event coordination, storage and/or private meetings. This room is wheelchair accessible. View our catering menu.

West Harbour Ballroom
This Ballroom features a unique two-level layout with versatile space allowing for a selection of difference set-up possibilities. Imagine a classroom setting for 70 guests on the lower level with a pre-set, full service lunch above or, a reception for 150 guests on the lower level with a theatre arrangement for a seminar on the upper level. For large groups, our cutting-edge technology offers real-time video conferencing between the ballrooms.

The Lookout Room
This beautiful Victoria meeting space offers an intimate setting for meetings and events for up to 75 guests. In addition to the main upper level, the suite features a small reception area on the first level, private bathroom facilities and two balconies with breath-taking Inner Harbour views. This room is not wheelchair accessible.
