Our Fitness Centre is highly valued by our local clientele and features select services and a variety of equipment, including an indoor heated pool, whirlpool and dry sauna, state-of-the-art Apex machines (many of which are wheelchair accessible) and a great selection of free weights. Club 345 also offers complimentary towel service, wheelchair accessible change rooms with lockers, showers and hair dryers, and for a nominal fee, you can also use our tanning facilities! We have everything your body needs to get in shape, feel better, live longer and be healthier.
